Refund Policy

Our 14-day refund. If a guide isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason and with no justification needed. We refund the full amount to your original payment method.

How to request one. Reach us through our Contact page with the email address used at purchase and your order number. Once approved, we issue your refund within 2 business days; depending on your bank or card issuer, it then appears on your statement within 5–10 business days.
