Refund Policy

The Venue Folio sells digital products (downloadable PDF guides). Because these are delivered electronically and accessed immediately, they are exempt from the standard EU right of withdrawal once downloaded. We choose to go further than this.

Our 14-day guarantee. If the guide isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. No justification needed. Reach us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll process the refund to your original payment method.

Technical issues. If your download fails, the file is corrupted, or you were charged more than once, contact us and we'll resolve it or refund you in full, regardless of the 14-day window.

How to request a refund. Get in touch through our Contact page, including the email address used at purchase and your order number. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.
